Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and articulate Relationship Management Specialist with experience in the international voice process to manage and strengthen relationships with MedTech professionals and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) in the US. The role requires daily interaction, issue resolution, and relationship building to ensure long-term collaboration and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with MedTech professionals and NPs based in the US.
- Connect with assigned stakeholders daily via voice calls to understand their experience, challenges, and expectations.
- Proactively identify concerns or issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and alignment between both parties.
- Strengthen rapport and mutual understanding to encourage flexibility, collaboration, and support during critical business needs.
- Effectively convince and motivate stakeholders to go the extra mile or extend working hours when required for business continuity.
- Maintain accurate call logs, interaction records, and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems.
- Ensure high levels of satisfaction, engagement, and retention through consistent relationship management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (US process preferred).
- Excellent command over English speaking, with clear pronunciation and professional communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to handle objections, concerns, and escalations calmly and effectively.
- Comfortable working in US rotational shifts.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working with healthcare professionals is an added advantage.
