Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source new leads through open market channels, builder tie-ups, DSAs (Direct Sales Associates), and branch walk-ins.
Client Consultation: Understand borrowers financial situations, assess loan eligibility, and present tailored home loan solutions.
File Processing: Collect and verify essential customer documents (KYC, income proof, property papers) as per institutional guidelines.
Liaising: Coordinate between the customer, credit/underwriting team, and legal/technical vendors to ensure smooth file processing and on-time disbursement.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual loan disbursement and cross-selling quotas (e.g., insurance, credit cards).Relationship Management: Build long-term credibility with clients and channel partners to maximize referrals and repeat business.
Essential Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in any streem or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of proven sales experience in banking, financial services (BFSI), or real estate.
Core Competencies: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of local property markets, interest rates, lending norms, and KYC/AML regulatory compliance.
