Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Relations Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on building and nurturing strong relationships with architects, interior designers, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in client engagement, project coordination, business development, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, design firms, builders, and clients

* Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery

* Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution

* Identify new business opportunities and support company growth initiatives

* Track project timelines and maintain regular follow-ups with stakeholders

* Strengthen brand presence within the architecture and interior design community

Qualifications

* Strong client relationship management and customer service skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

* Good project coordination and organisational skills

* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle client concerns effectively

* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred

* Prior experience in interior design, architecture, building materials, tiles, or construction-related industries is an advantage
