Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Executive to support and strengthen our relationships with sellers, partners, and customers. The role involves ensuring smooth on-boarding, resolving concerns, and contributing to long-term satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and customers to ensure smooth on-boarding and ongoing engagement.

  • Act as the primary contact for handling queries, issues, and feedback promptly and professionally.

  • Assist sellers with product listings, pricing, promotions, and operational support on the platform.

  • Support the acquisition and onboarding of new sellers by explaining platform benefits and ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve seller and customer concerns efficiently.

  • Monitor seller performance and satisfaction; recommend improvements where needed.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure retention and trust-based relationships.

  • Gather partner feedback to support platform improvements and business strategies.

  • Participate in sales campaigns and engagement activities to improve seller and customer involvement.

  • Prepare periodic reports on relationship activities, satisfaction levels, and issue resolutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Experience in e-commerce is an advantage.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver excellent service.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
