Position: Relationship Manager - Sales

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to expand our offerings within their businesses
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that fulfill client needs and expectations
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to discuss their performance, needs, and opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking
- Analyze sales data and client feedback to develop strategies for increased client engagement
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as outlined by the management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
