REINSURANCE SERVICES ASSOCIATE

Key Responsibilities

• Manageend-to-end reinsurance claims activities, including generation of claims closings
• Receive and acknowledgeclaims requests within 24 hours, update status in internal systems
• Coordinate withreinsurers and internal teamsto complete claims requirements
• Monitor claims throughout the lifecycle to ensuretimely processing and compliancewith quality and regulatory guidelines
• Adhere to definedclaims KPIs, including bi-monthly and monthly follow-ups with clients and sources
• Ensurequality checksare completed prior to issuing debit notes, prioritizing interim payments and cash calls
• Support internal coordination for resolution ofclaims, accounting, and client issues
• Maintain accurate and completeclaims documentationin shared repositories
• Provide status updates and required information tomanagement and placement teams
• Perform additional claims or operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inInsurance, Finance, or related field
• 36 yearsof experience inreinsurance claims operations(facultative or treaty)
• Experience working withclaims systems and shared documentation platformspreferred
