REINSURANCE SERVICE COORDINATOR - ENDORSEMENTS

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and acknowledge endorsement requests within defined TAT (24 hours).
• Enter endorsement requests and update status accurately in theKAY9 system.
• Coordinate closely withReinsurers (RI)and internal sources to ensure timely completion of requests.
• Maintain clear communication by copying all correspondence to the shared inbox for audit and tracking purposes.
• Adhere strictly to endorsementKPIsand turnaround targets.
• Collaborate internally withAccounting, Underwriting, and Brokersto resolve client issues, ensuring timely closure and escalation where required.
• Ensure proper documentation by storing all endorsement-related files in designatedDropbox folders.
• ReviewTSI and premium calculationsacross all Lines of Business, including NCB, stock declarations, and engineering fees.
• Obtain, track, and follow up onsigned endorsement slipsfrom markets until completion.
• Review endorsement slips to ensure accuracy and alignment with binding agreements and negotiated terms.
• Participate in internal and external client service meetings as required.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
