Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Regional Manager at House of Fett for all the. MBO stores currently 10 and growing the Regional Manager will oversee the performance and operations of retail stores in the designated region. Responsibilities include driving store performance, analyzing sales data, implementing strategies for revenue growth, mentoring store teams, managing budgets, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Collaboration with the leadership team for strategic planning and executing brand initiatives is also fundamental.

• Proficiency in Sales Management and Revenue Generation
• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Mentoring Skills
• Experience in Store Operations and Retail Management
• Ability to Analyse Financial Data and Develop Performance Strategies
• Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Problem-Solving Abilities
• Understanding of the Fashion Industry and Customer Trends is a plus
• Past experience in managing multiple retail stores
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
