Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct therapy and client care in one-on-one and group settings using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Implement behavioral skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction protocols as prescribed by the treatment team.
- Conduct therapy sessions using intensive teaching methods and natural environment training techniques.
- Collect, record, analyze, and summarize data related to client behavior and treatment progress.
- Assist in parent and caregiver training programs aligned with individualized treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding client progress, goals, and therapy outcomes.
- Utilize safe and appropriate handling procedures while working with children and clients.
- Maintain strict client confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
- Assist Behavior Analysts, Lead Behavioral Technicians, and Pediatric Neurologists in clinical assessments and preparation of therapy materials.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and therapeutic environment.
- Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, therapists, and external professionals to support treatment goals.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
- Follow organizational policies, procedures, and clinical protocols to ensure high-quality service delivery.
