We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst/Engineer with strong expertise in Regulatory Trade Reporting. Candidates who do not have direct reporting experience should possess a solid understanding of **Financial Markets and Treasury workflows, including trade lifecycle and post-trade processing. The role focuses on validating systems, data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
Required Skills (Primary)
- Hands-on experience in **QA/testing for Regulatory Trade Reporting systems**
**OR**
- Strong understanding of:
- Financial Markets (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX, Commodities)
- Treasury products and workflows
- Trade lifecycle (front-to-back processing)
Secondary Skills / Nice to Have**
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, CFTC, etc.)
- Experience with trade repositories (DTCC, UnaVista, Regis-TR, etc.)
- Familiarity with **test automation tools** (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and reconciliation
- Exposure to capital markets platforms (Murex, Calypso, Summit, etc.)
- Understanding of data quality and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Relevant certifications (ISTQB, CFA, FRM, etc.) are a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute **test plans, test cases, and test scripts** for regulatory trade reporting systems.
- Validate trade data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness before submission to trade repositories.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
- Reconcile reported trades with source systems and identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Operations teams to understand requirements and resolve defects.
- Participate in testing for regulatory changes (e.g., EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, Dodd-Frank).
- Track, report, and manage defects using test management tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with QA standards, audit requirements, and documentation practices.
- Support automation initiatives where applicable.
