Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE

Conduit Group is a MAS-regulated wealth and asset management group operating two capital markets services license holders alongside a shared services company. The Group is creating this role to bring end-to-end ownership of the MAS regulatory reporting cycle for CAM and CSPL into the finance function, and to provide qualified depth across the day-to-day finance operations that currently sit with a single team member.

The successful candidate will do two things. First, they will take full and independent ownership of MAS periodic returns and surveys for both licensed entities - preparing, reconciling, submitting and archiving every monthly, quarterly and annual filing to deadline. This work is presently carried by the Group COO and is being transferred permanently into this role. Second, they will work alongside the incumbent Finance & Operations staff on the Group's accounting, billing, payroll and payments cycle, and act as the designated backup for that cycle.

This is a hands-on accounting role in a regulated environment. It suits someone who is technically sound in financial accounting, comfortable owning a regulatory calendar, and disciplined about evidence, reconciliation and audit trail.

The role carries two reporting lines. Technical direction, accounting judgement, reporting standards and review and sign-off of regulatory submissions come from the Group CFO. Day-to-day priorities, workflow, leave and local administration sit with the Group COO in Singapore.
