Role Description

We are hiring a Regulatory & Quality Compliance Specialist to support a fast-growing dietary supplement company in strengthening its FDA and cGMP compliance operations.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who has worked inside compliance environments and understands how to support audits, organize quality systems, and maintain regulatory standards.

You will work across regulatory, quality, documentation, and supplier compliance functions — helping ensure the business is audit-ready and operating within FDA guidelines.

Role Responsibilities

• Support FDA audit preparation and response efforts
• Assist in drafting responses to audit findings (e.g., FDA 483 observations)
• Execute and track CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
• Organize and maintain SOPs and compliance documentation
• Manage document control and versioning systems
• Review product labels and marketing claims for regulatory compliance
• Maintain supplier documentation including COAs and certifications
• Support supplier compliance tracking and audits

Required Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in dietary supplements or food compliance
• Experience supporting FDA audits or audit preparation
• Strong understanding of cGMP (21 CFR Part 111)
• Experience with CAPA processes and quality systems (QMS)
• Familiarity with document control systems (Google Drive or similar)
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PCQI certification (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual)
• Experience working with third-party labs (e.g., Eurofins)
• Background in CBD or supplement brands
• Experience with supplier compliance or audits

Work Environment

• Fully remote
• Flexible working hours (PST overlap preferred)
