Role Description The Regulatory Operation role at Win in Life Academy is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The person in this role will monitor, interpret, and implement relevant regulatory requirements across academy programs and operations. Daily tasks include reviewing compliance documentation, supporting the development of policies and procedures, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards. The role involves preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in audits or inspections as needed. Collaboration with academic and industry partners is expected to ensure that course content and operational practices remain compliant and up to date.
Qualifications

• Ability to manage and apply Regulatory Compliance and Regulatory Requirements in an educational or corporate setting.
• Strong Analytical Skills to review documentation, assess risk, and support data-driven decisions.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Foundational understanding or experience in Regulatory Affairs related to education, training, or similar domains.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as law, compliance, management, or a related field.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple regulatory tasks simultaneously.
• Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating in a cross-functional team environment.
• Prior experience in compliance, operations, or quality assurance is an advantage.
