Regulatory & Compliance Lead / Manager
Location: Haryana (On-site)
Role Type: Project-based (up to 12 months)
We are looking for someone to take complete ownership of regulatory and compliance work for an industrial setup. This is not a desk role. You will be responsible for getting things done end-to-end.
Scope of Work
- Obtain and regularise all required licenses and approvals
- Handle pollution, factory, fire, labour, and related compliances
- Coordinate with consultants and ensure submissions are completed properly
- Follow up with departments and close pending approvals
- Track all applications, queries, and timelines
What You Must Deliver
Before completion of the role:
- All required approvals obtained and active
- No major compliance gaps pending
- A proper compliance register in place
- Renewal calendar (minimum 3 years)
- Calendar for all annual/periodic returns
- Clear roadmap of conditions attached to each license and how they will be met
- All documents organised and handed over properly
This role is about finishing the work and leaving behind a system.
Who We Are Looking For
- 5–12 years experience in industrial compliance
- Hands-on experience with pollution board and factory approvals
- Someone who understands returns, renewals, and conditions — not just applications
- Comfortable with on-ground follow-ups and dealing with departments
- Structured in working and documentation
Experience in manufacturing / recycling setups is preferred.
Compensation
Fixed: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
Performance bonus:
- ₹2,00,000 if completed within 6 months
- ₹1,00,000 if completed within 9 months
- ₹50,000 if completed within 12 months
Bonus only after full completion and proper handover.
