About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Regulatory Affairs Manager with strong expertise in regulatory submissions and team leadership. This role requires a proven people leader who has managed end-to-end regulatory functions while driving team performance and working with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end regulatory submissions and compliance activities
- Handle team management, including direct reports, team size planning, and mentoring
- Drive performance appraisals, compensation reviews, and team development initiatives
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies
- Develop and execute regulatory strategies aligned with business goals
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency within the regulatory function
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in Regulatory Affairs submissions
- Proven experience as a People Leader / Team Manager
- Hands-on experience in performance management & compensation planning
- Experience managing direct reports and team size
- Strong exposure to global stakeholder management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Education (Mandatory):
- M.Pharm OR
- B.E / B.Tech (Full-time only)
