KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Autonomous Institute Administration
Support end-to-end administration of academic processes under the institute's autonomous status, including curriculum records, continuous assessment, and examination workflows.
Assist in conducting internal examinations, evaluation, moderation, and timely declaration of results in line with institutional academic regulations.
Maintain accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of student academic records, grade cards, and transcripts.
Coordinate the grading and result-processing cycle, including scanning, verification, correction of grades, and distribution of report cards/mark sheets.
Manage student registration, enrolment, migration, withdrawal, and transfer records.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Academic ERP for registration, attendance, examination, and records management.
University Affiliation & Regulatory Liaison
Serve as a key point of coordination for affiliation-related matters with the affiliating university (e.g., MAKAUT) and regulatory bodies such as AICTE.
Assist in preparation, compilation, and submission of documentation required for university affiliation renewal and statutory approvals.
Support Affiliation & Accreditation activities including NAAC and NBA processes — data compilation, SSR/SAR documentation, and audit readiness.
Track regulatory timelines, circulars, and compliance requirements issued by the university and statutory bodies, ensuring timely institutional response.
Maintain updated knowledge of Government Scholarship schemes and coordinate related student data submissions.
General Administration
Assist campus administration and counsellor in preparing reports, MIS, and student data analytics.
Demonstrate sound team management, coordination, and leadership skills across academic support functions.
Maintain strict confidentiality of institutional and student information always.
Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
DESIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Working knowledge of university affiliation processes, statutory compliance, and accreditation frameworks (NAAC, NBA, AICTE, MAKAUT).
Proficiency in Academic ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for liaison with university and regulatory officials.
Ability to manage confidential data with discretion and integrity.
Prior experience in an autonomous college or university system will be an added advantage.
