Role Description

The Registrar Radiology role at Apollo Hospitals is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. As Registrar Radiology, you will be responsible for conducting and interpreting radiological examinations, preparing diagnostic reports, and collaborating with other medical professionals for accurate patient diagnoses. Additional duties may include operating advanced imaging equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and assisting in maintaining accurate patient records.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in diagnostic radiology procedures and imaging techniques, including X-ray, MRI, CT scans, and ultrasound
  • Strong skills in interpreting medical images and preparing accurate diagnostic reports
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with medical teams and patients
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards related to radiology practices
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for accurate diagnoses
  • Relevant medical qualification such as an MBBS with postgraduate specialization in Radiology (MD/DNB or equivalent)
  • Valid certifications and registrations required for medical practice in radiology
  • Familiarity with the latest imaging technologies and software is a plus
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced healthcare environment
