Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registrar, located in Unnao. The Registrar will oversee academic administration, ensure compliance with university policies, and facilitate seamless coordination among departments. Key responsibilities include maintaining student records, managing admissions, preparing reports, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and supporting the university's academic goals. The individual will also play a crucial role in managing academic processes and collaborating with faculty and administrative staff for operational efficiency.

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills to effectively manage academic operations and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Proficiency in data management, record-keeping, and generating formal reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with faculty, staff, and students
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle day-to-day operational challenges
  • Thorough understanding of higher education policies and administrative procedures
  • Master's degree or higher in Administration, Education Management, or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic administration or a related field is preferred
