Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intensive Care Nurse (ICU)at Upasani Super Speciality Hospital, located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include providing round-the-clock care to critically ill patients in the ICU, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver top-notch patient care. The nurse will also be responsible for managing life-support equipment, responding to medical emergencies, and maintaining detailed patient records while adhering to the hospital's safety and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in patient monitoring, observation, and critical care management
• Proficiency in administering medications, IVs, and using life-support equipment
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with medical staff and patients families
• Sound judgment, decision-making skills, and the ability to act quickly in emergency situations
• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid nursing certifications and licenses as per regulatory standards
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in ICU or critical care settings is preferred
• Empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail in providing patient care
