Job Title: Registered Nurse – Home Care / Home Visit

Location: Stepcare Clinic, Whitefield (Rotational across branches)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

Stepcare Clinic, Whitefield is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for a full-time Home Care / Home Visit role. The nurse will be primarily responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients at their homes and supporting clinical operations across branches on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Home Care / Patient Care:

- Provide nursing care services at patient homes including injections, IV infusions, wound care, catheterization, and vital monitoring

- Assess patient condition and maintain accurate clinical documentation during home visits

- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, medication adherence, and post-care instructions

- Ensure infection control practices and patient safety during all procedures

- Handle emergency situations appropriately and escalate when required

Clinical Support:

- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for patient care planning

- Assist in follow-up care and reporting patient progress

- Maintain proper documentation and reporting for all home visits

Operational Responsibilities:

- Travel to different StepCare branches on a rotational basis as required

- Maintain inventory of nursing supplies for home visits

- Ensure timely and efficient scheduling of home visits

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

- Registration: Valid Nursing Council Registration

- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years (home care experience preferred)

Skills:

- Strong clinical and patient handling skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently in home care settings

- Basic knowledge of emergency care

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to travel for home visits within assigned areas

- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and across branches

- Two-wheeler preferred (if applicable)
