This is an on-site, full-time Registered Nurse role located in Palakkad. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care, monitoring health conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Responsibilities include assessing and documenting patient needs, providing emotional support, assisting in medical procedures, and educating patients and families on health management and recovery. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to healthcare protocols, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

• Strong clinical skills including patient assessment, medication administration, and care planning.
• Familiarity with healthcare protocols, infection control standards, and emergency response procedures.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear instructions and empathetic support to patients and families.
• Ability to document medical records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is advantageous.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with up-to-date certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing care needs.
• Knowledge of medical equipment and technology used in hospital settings.
