About the Role
We are hiring qualified nurses for Care Worker / Assistant Nurse roles in reputed hospitals and nursing homes in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily care activities in hospitals and nursing homes
- Monitor and record patient vitals as per medical protocols
- Support doctors and registered nurses in routine clinical tasks
- Ensure patient comfort, hygiene, and safety
- Follow hospital infection control and safety guidelines
- Work in rotational shifts (40 hours/week) with overtime opportunities
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary: 1,500 1,600
- Overtime earnings: 500 800/month
- Total potential earnings: 2,000+ per month
- Initial 1-year contract (renewable for 3 years)
- Family reunion allowed after obtaining TRC
- Schengen residence & work permit
- 27 days paid annual leave

Eligibility Criteria
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing qualification
- Valid RN registration from State Nursing Council (India)
- Minimum 1 year hospital experience
- Valid passport
- English proficiency: IELTS: Overall 5.5 (Speaking 6.0) OR OET: Minimum C+ (Speaking B)
- Physically fit with a clean professional & legal record
