Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Registered Nurse, based in Jagadhri. The Registered Nurse will collaborate with healthcare professionals in administering patient care, monitoring health conditions, and delivering medication as prescribed. Responsibilities include developing and implementing patient care plans, educating patients and their families, and maintaining accurate medical records. Additional duties may include assisting with medical procedures, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and responding to medical emergencies with efficiency and empathy.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and performing patient assessments
- Experience in developing and maintaining patient care plans, and educating patients on health management and recovery
- Ability to document and maintain accurate medical records with attention to confidentiality
- Proficiency in working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and adaptability in dynamic settings
- Valid nursing license and a degree in nursing (RN or equivalent qualification)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for patient interaction and reporting
- Compassionate approach to patient care and a commitment to promoting their well-being
- Experience or skills in specialized areas of nursing are a plus
