Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Kozhikode, India. The Registered Nurse will provide patient care to women and children, including performing assessments, administering medications, assisting in labor and delivery, conducting routine procedures, and monitoring patient recovery. Additional responsibilities include offering patient education, maintaining health records, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards. The role demands collaboration with doctors, other healthcare staff, and patients families to deliver personalized and effective care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in clinical skills, including patient assessments, administering medications, and conducting routine healthcare procedures
- Experience in women's health, labor and delivery, pediatric care, and postnatal care services
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient interaction skills
- Knowledge of hospital protocols, safety standards, and experience with maintaining accurate medical records
- Empathy, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team-driven environment
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in India
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Prior experience working in obstetrics, gynecology, or pediatrics is an advantage
