We are currently looking for the IVF/OPD Staff Nurse for Maldives Location-
Department: OPD / IVF
Qualification: Diploma in Nursing (GNM / Equivalent)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IVF
- At least 2 years of continuous working experience in the same hospital
Language Requirements:
- IELTS: Minimum score of 5 in each module (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking)
- OET: Minimum Grade C in each module
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced OPD/IVF Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in fertility and outpatient settings. The candidate must have hands-on IVF experience and strong communication skills to handle international standards and patient interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist doctors during OPD consultations and IVF procedures
- Support egg retrieval and embryo transfer procedures
- Administer prescribed medications and hormonal injections
- Monitor patients pre and post procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
- Educate patients about IVF protocols and treatment plans
- Follow infection control and sterilization standards
- Coordinate with fertility specialists and embryology lab
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients
