About the Role

The Registered Nurse will play a critical role in providing exceptional nursing care to patients while also guiding other nursing staff. This position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior nurses.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assess patient needs.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc or GNM) required.
• Current nursing license in the state.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
