Job Title: Registered Nurse

Location: India (Remote – Work From Home)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)

Shift: US Night Shift (India Time)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced and qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) based in India to join our Care Coordination team. The selected candidates will be responsible for preparing clinical documentation for patients enrolled in our monthly care coordination program, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare clinical documentation for patients enrolled in the monthly care coordination program.

- Document initial patient visit notes accurately.

- Develop and maintain patient care plans.

- Prepare monthly clinical notes and follow-up documentation.

- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical records.

- Work with the care coordination team to maintain effective patient documentation.

- Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for clinical documentation and record management.

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare documentation standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Must possess a Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.

- Minimum 3 years of combined clinical and administrative experience.

- Hands-on experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Must be available for immediate joining.
