Responsibilities

* Lead Regional / Zonal Collection Operations and achieve monthly recovery targets

* Manage and drive performance of Area Managers, Team Leaders & Field Collection Teams

* Monitor bucket-wise collections, delinquency, productivity & recovery performance

* Plan and execute strategies to improve collection efficiency and team productivity

* Conduct regular performance reviews, target planning & corrective actions

* Coordinate with Bank / NBFC clients for operational requirements and escalations

* Ensure adherence to client policies, RBI guidelines & collection code of conduct

* Analyse MIS, collection reports & portfolio performance

* Support recruitment, training, team development & performance improvement

* Handle critical escalations and drive overall portfolio recovery

What We are Looking for :

5+ years of relevant Banking / NBFC Collection & Recovery experience

Strong team handling & leadership experience

Experience in Field Collection / Tele-calling / Delinquency Management

Regional / Zonal operations experience preferred

Candidates with previous experience in HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Axis Finance, Kotak Mahindra Bank or ICICI Bank will be highly preferred

Strong communication, negotiation & people-management skills
