This is a senior role responsible for shaping, leading and converting strategic tender opportunities across the Buildings & Places market. A defining requirement of this role is the ability to operate both strategically and practically. As Regional Win Work Director, you will take ownership of bidding strategy and delivery across the region, ensuring that opportunities are effectively qualified, positioned and converted. You will develop clear win strategies, shape opportunities early in the client lifecycle and lead priority bids through to submission. You will work closely with Regional Leadership and the Client Development Team to bring structure, pace and discipline to bidding activity, leading priority bids and setting the standard for what high-quality, winning submissions look like across the region.
