We're looking for a Regional Visual Merchandiser someone who notices details others walk past. Someone who enjoys being on the ground, visiting stores, solving problems, coordinating with teams and ensuring every store feels thoughtfully put together.
A Day in Your Life
- Walking into stores and reviewing visual merchandising standards and execution
- Making sure stores feel curated, easy to navigate and visually engaging
- Reviewing campaign communication and promotional visibility across stores
- Checking displays, focal points and product presentation
- Working closely with store teams to identify gaps and improve execution
- Coordinating with vendors to execute signage, fixtures, branding and campaign elements
- Connecting with store managers across the region to review priorities and store standards
- Auditing stores and spotting opportunities for improvement
- Supporting launches, seasonal campaigns and store refreshes
What You'll Do
- Execute visual merchandising standards across stores within your region
- Drive consistent execution of campaigns, launches and promotional displays
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to maintain high VM standards
- Improve customer movement, navigation and product discoverability within stores
- Ensure in-store communication, signage and branding assets are displayed correctly
- Coordinate with vendors for production, installation and execution requirements
- Partner with store teams to maintain daily VM standards and upkeep
- Adapt visual merchandising guidelines across different store formats while maintaining consistency
- Track quality of execution and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Share feedback and learnings from stores to strengthen future initiatives
Who We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, store experience or related roles
- Someone with a strong eye for detail and high standards of execution
- Someone who genuinely enjoys spending time in stores and solving problems on the ground
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing vendors and driving projects from idea to execution
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with store teams
- Comfortable handling multiple stores and priorities simultaneously
- A self-starter with a strong ownership mindset who gets things done
- Curious, eager to learn and excited to grow with the business
- Comfortable with regular travel across stores within the region
- Most importantly, someone who cares deeply about creating meaningful experiences for pet parents

- Campaigns and communication are executed accurately and on time
- VM standards are maintained across all stores in the region
- Store teams actively take ownership of presentation and upkeep
- Customers enjoy a consistent and thoughtful HUFT experience across locations
