Role Overview
The Regional Visual Merchandiser (VM) will be responsible for driving impactful retail experiences across EBOs, KA, and MBOs. This role requires a balance of creativity, operational excellence, and strategic execution to enhance customer engagement, optimize sales, and deliver brand consistency across all stores in the region.
Key Responsiblities
Drive Walk-ins
- Increase footfall from the existing base.
- Boost Average Transaction Value (ATV) sales from the existing base.
Drive Sell-through of Key Concepts
- Develop concepts highlighting regional festivities and activations at top stores.
- Ensure innovative displays at top EBO and LFS stores to deliver the best brand experience.
Cost Management
- Expand vendor network while achieving reduction in retail execution costs.
- Identify and implement mediums to reduce costs further.
Store Experience & Trainings
- Ensure timely execution of seasonal launch elements.
- Conduct regional season trainings for store teams.
- Perform regular store visits and submit detailed reports.
- Provide comprehensive data and images of all stores, including VM elements.
Conversion & Engagement
- Conceptualize and implement events, new launches, and customer engagement activities.
- Develop new avenues of sales through innovative concepts.
- Drive growth from newly developed sales areas.
Learning & Development
- Develop new retail elements to enhance customer experience.
- Create new strategies and workflows for existing jobs to improve efficiency.
