Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and manage training programs that align with organizational goals.
2. Conduct training needs assessments across the region and identify skill gaps.
3. Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions on leadership, operations, compliance, and soft skills.
4. Partner with HR and business leaders to support talent development and succession planning.
5. Develop regional trainers or facilitators and ensure consistency in delivery.
6. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly.
7. Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and results.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
9. Promote a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement.
