Job Description-
The Regional Trainer will be responsible for driving capability building across the North & East region by delivering product, sales, soft skills, and makeup application training.
The role includes:
- Conducting classroom, virtual, field, and OJT sessions;
- Developing training content and assessments;
- Managing BA performance through scorecards; and maintaining training MIS and reports.
- The trainer will partner closely with Sales teams to align training with business goals, lead new product launch training, leverage AI-enabled and digital learning methods, and independently plan training calendars and travel.
- Extensive regional travel is required.
Key Skills Required:
- Deliver product knowledge, sales, soft skills, and makeup application training.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, field, and On-the-Job Training (OJT).
- Develop and update training content, SOPs, presentations, videos, and learning modules.
- Create assessments, questionnaires, and certification programs to measure learning effectiveness.
- Develop and manage the Beauty Advisor (BA) Scorecard and drive capability improvement.
- Maintain training calendars, MIS, reports, attendance, and documentation.
- Conduct regular field coaching, Consumer Retail Trainings (CRT), and stockist/distributor training.
- Partner with Sales Heads, RSMs, ASMs, and cross-functional teams to align training with business objectives.
- Independently plan training schedules, travel, and execution across the assigned region.
- Leverage AI-enabled learning, virtual platforms, product videos, and other digital training tools.
- Lead new product launch training and ensure timely dissemination across all sales channels.
- Track post-training performance, identify capability gaps, and implement improvement plans.
- Flexible to travel across the North & East region for training and business needs.
