Job Description

Job Purpose

To impart training to Relationship Officers in order to upgrade there job knowledge through the induction and develop there skills through interventions periodically in the areas of recruitment and selling skills workshops.

Deliver the required number of stipulated maydays to ensure better Training Coverage

Key Result Areas

KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)

KRA1 Conducts regular training Conducts regular training needs analysis in order to determine the most relevant and cost

effective training solutions. Regional Managers and Central Services staff that

will improve individual / team knowledge, skills and in turn shop / business performance

Works with the HR Business Partner / Regional Managers to identify the

training requirements tailored to the business needs and individual IDP's; determines the

priorities

KRA2 Performance Management Ensure all training materials, documents and

manuals are on brand and adhere to the brand guidelines

Designs and develops a planned and ongoing training programme with the learning resources and tools to improve performance and optimise on

the potential of our volunteer teams

KRA3 Coordinate with the Sales team in the assigned region to standardise learning and identifying the Training Need Training exposure in financial domain is preferred
