Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery & Facilitation
  • Conduct Induction, Refresher, Functional, Product, and Behavioral training sessions for employees.
  • Facilitate training for customers, channel partners, and B2B stakeholders when required.
  • Deliver learning effectively across both classroom and virtual (VILT) formats.
  • Travel across the region to support branches, conduct sessions, and ensure consistent training delivery.
  • Partner with branch leadership to identify gaps and recommend suitable training interventions.
  • Digital Learning & Content Creation
  • Create clear, engaging training materialpresentations, guides, short videos, assessments, and simple digital modules.
  • Refresh and modernize existing content so it is easy to understand and accessible in digital formats.
  • Use tools like Canva and other AI-based tools to improve the quality, design, and delivery of learning material.
  • Support Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs by preparing easy-to-use content and helping design smooth digital learning experiences.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with Product Managers, SMEs, Operations, HR, and internal trainers to ensure accurate, updated training delivery.
  • Build strong working relationships with regional/branch managers to understand business priorities and capability needs.
  • Communicate training plans, outcomes, and feedback effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Process & Documentation
  • Maintain training MIS, reports, attendance, participant feedback, and assessments.
  • Ensure documentation is audit-ready and aligned to internal compliance standards.
  • Track training effectiveness and share insights for continuous improvement.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Training & Facilitation Skills
  • Strong facilitation skills across physical classrooms as well as virtual platforms (VILT).
  • Ability to engage participants and simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Experience delivering behavioral and soft-skills training is preferred.
  • Content Development & Digital Skills
  • Ability to create simple, engaging, and visually appealing digital training content.
  • Working knowledge of Canva and comfort using AI tools for content creation, visuals, and basic video elements.
  • Familiarity with LMS usage and digital learning platforms.
  • Behavioral Competencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capability.
  • High level of ownership, planning, and organizational ability to manage multiple branches.
