Regional Technical Manager

We are looking for an experienced Regional Technical Manager with strong exposure to real estate valuation, project monitoring, technical due diligence, and team management. The role involves managing a team of engineers, reviewing valuation and project reports, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, and ensuring timely completion of assignments across the assigned region.

• Manage and guide a team of engineers/officers, including daily reporting, visit scheduling, query resolution, documentation, and task allocation.
• Ensure the team delivers assigned tasks efficiently and within defined timelines.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality in the data collection and reporting process.
• Review and verify Property Valuation Reports, APF Reports, Lender Independent Engineer (LIE) Reports, and Project Valuation Reports prepared by junior officers.
• Review monthly reports related to Project Monitoring, Corporate Valuations, and Retail Valuations.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders for report submission, queries, and closure of assignments.
• Ensure achievement of assigned targets within stipulated timelines, with complete coverage of projects in the allocated region.
• Conduct regular site visits to subscribed projects as per predetermined frequency.
• Collect, verify, and update project and property-related data in the designated system.

Qualification & Experience:

·         B.Tech /M.Tech in Civil

·     5+ years of experience preferably in real estate sector

·         Experience in Team Handling

·         Experience in executing retail valuation assignments
