A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Regional Talent Management Specialist position based in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support and execute global talent programs including Talent Review, Calibration, Rotation, Succession Planning, and career development initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to strengthen talent pipelines and improve succession planning processes at all levels.
- Collaborate on automation and dashboarding projects to enhance efficiency in talent management.
- Contribute to HR transformation projects such as competency frameworks and succession planning methodologies.
- Work closely with global HR teams and regional offices to deliver integrated talent, career mobility, and development initiatives.
- Support learning and engagement programs through the organization's academy and other development platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 4–5 years of direct experience in Talent Management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented, meticulous, and comfortable working across functions and levels.
