Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional supply plans to ensure product availability while balancing inventory, capacity, and customer service objectives.
- Oversee production scheduling and material planning to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations and optimal resource utilisation.
- Lead the supply planning process by collaborating with Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Commercial teams to align demand with supply capabilities.
- Monitor inventory levels, production capacity, and material availability to improve working capital, minimise shortages, and reduce excess or obsolete stock.
- anage, mentor, and develop a team of planners, driving performance, capability development, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Track key planning KPIs, identify supply constraints and risks, develop mitigation strategies, and provide regular updates to senior management on supply performance and operational readiness.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering / Business
- At least 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
- Manufacturing Experience
- Regional Exposure
