The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple store locations within a specific geographic region. This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, meeting store goals, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective team leadership, strategy execution, and adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the operational activities of multiple store locations within the region.
- Ensure consistency in service and operational standards across all stores.
- Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Monitor and drive financial performance to meet revenue and store targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and their teams.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct neighbourhood activities for cross selling along with other brands and nearby communities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in retail management or a similar industry in area manager role
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
