regional paid search performance and people leadership, managing team of paid search specialists and ensuring consistent, highquality execution across markets.
What You'll Achieve
As a Paid Search Regional Manager, you will
own the endtoend regional paid search function from strategy through execution, performance management, and team development. You will lead a team of paid search professionals, ensure strong operational rigor, and act as the primary point of accountability for paid search outcomes within your region.
This role goes beyond campaign oversight: you will
set direction, define priorities, and ensure your teams execute against clearly articulated goals, while remaining closely connected to performance, budgets, and delivery standards.
You will:
Regional strategy & performance: Own the regional paid search strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global direction. Translate highlevel marketing priorities into executable plans for specialist and analyst teams and be accountable for regional performance outcomes, including efficiency, scale, and budget management across markets.
People leadership & team accountability: Lead and develop a multilevel paid search team, including senior specialists with mentoring responsibilities. Set clear expectations for execution quality, analytical rigor, and operational compliance and drive performance management, capability development, succession planning, and hiring decisions as required.
Operational excellence: Ensure consistent campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and governance standards across all markets. Act as the escalation point for complex issues, delivery risks, and crossmarket dependencies and enable adoption of new tools, initiatives, and process changes in partnership with global and regional stakeholders.
Crossfunctional collaboration: Represent the regional paid search team with marketing, planning, and global platform stakeholders and provide performanceled input into planning cycles, testing roadmaps, and paid search initiatives. Balance regional needs with global consistency, ensuring practical local application of global frameworks.
Essential Requirements
- Extensive paid search management experience with handson expertise in Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Advertising.
- Proven experience leading and developing multilevel paid search teams. Total of 10+ years of experience
- Strong commercial and analytical judgment, with experience managing regional budgets and performance across markets.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global environment with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English, with clear communication skills across technical and nontechnical audiences.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in large, inhouse or enterprise digital marketing environments.
- Exposure to complex governance, financial controls, and crossregional delivery models and strong understanding of automation, experimentation, and scalable paid search optimization.
