Job Description

At Viva, we help businesses across India stay connected, secure, and ahead of the curve. As a DoT-licensed ISP and managed-services company, we bring enterprise connectivity (SD-WAN via SMOAD), managed secure Wi-Fi, and AI-powered voice under one roof — so our customers get one partner instead of five. We're growing fast, and we're looking for someone who enjoys the chase, the relationships, and the satisfaction of solving a customer's real problem. 

We're after someone who's genuinely self-starting — comfortable owning their calendar and pipeline. We'll measure you on outcomes, not hours at a desk, and trust you to run your region like it's your own.

What you'll be doing

  • Own revenue growth and market expansion for your region — from first conversation to closed deal and beyond. 
  • Build a healthy pipeline of new B2B opportunities and grow it into long-term, repeatable revenue.
  • Sit across from decision-makers, understand what keeps them up at night, and map our solutions to it.
  • Sell high-value telecom solutions — Enterprise Connectivity (SD-WAN), Secured Access Points, and Voice AI.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our pre-sales and solution teams so what we promise is what we deliver.
  • Grow the business through channel partners and system integrators, not just direct deals.
  • Keep clean forecasts and reports — and keep customers happy enough to stay with us and refer us.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years in direct and B2B sales, with at least 3 in enterprise telecom, IT, or network solutions.
  • A consultative, solution-first instinct.
  • Solid grounding in enterprise connectivity, VoIP, security products, and managed infrastructure.
  • Experience working with channel partners or system integrators.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and pipeline-management skills.
  • Familiarity with your local corporate hubs and the people who run them.
  • A Bachelor's in Business, Engineering (Electronics/Telecom), IT, or similar (an MBA is a nice bonus, not a must).
