Job Description

  • Lead Regional sales scale-up for FMCD brand
  • Own GTM, distribution and regional P&L

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end sales and distribution strategy across assigned regions
  • Drive revenue growth across general trade, modern trade and distributors
  • Build and manage a high-performing regional sales and RSM team
  • Strengthen distributor networks, coverage, productivity and compliance
  • Own regional forecasting, targets, trade spends and execution metrics
  • Partner with marketing to deliver strong in-market activation and launches
  • Track competition, pricing, schemes and market dynamics
  • Ensure robust governance, reporting and P&L discipline

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years of sales and distribution experience in FMCD segment (Switches, Wires, Lights, Fans)
  • Strong exposure as RSM / ZSM handling large, complex geographies (Karnataka/ Maharashtra/ Tamil Nadu/ East)
  • Proven track record of scaling brands through distribution expansion
  • Deep understanding of GT, channel sales and Distributor economics
  • Strong people leadership, execution rigour and stakeholder management
