Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Kolkata. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving regional sales strategies, building and leading a team, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include prospecting and developing relationships with clients, presenting and selling XOLO ERP solutions, analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless client engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong Customer Relationship Management and Client Engagement abilities
  • Proficiency in Team Leadership, Motivation, and Performance Management
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Understanding of ERP solutions, software sales, and technology-driven business processes
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies
  • Experience in managing sales pipelines and using CRM tools is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
  • Previous experience in B2B sales for SMEs or tech-related industries is preferred
