Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Madurai. The role involves driving sales growth across the assigned region by managing and developing sales teams, identifying and analyzing market opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee the execution of sales strategies, monitor team performance, and ensure achievement of sales targets while promoting the company's pharmaceutical products.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in sales management, business development, and territory management
  • Experience in team leadership, coaching, and overseeing sales performance
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and customer engagement strategies
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and understanding of pharmaceutical products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify market trends and growth opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
  • Previous sales management experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred
