Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in the designated region, ensuring business growth and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities involve leading and mentoring a team of sales personnel, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and analyzing sales data to optimize performance. The role also includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and driving market expansion efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, requiring strong leadership and strategy implementation skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, territory management, and team leadership.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, data analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Exceptional ability in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and drive team performance.
  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales-related software platforms.
