About the role
C2C Importers Pvt. Ltd., a growingAlco-Bev company, is looking for a high-energyRegional Sales Manager West Uttar Pradeshto lead sales, distribution, and market development across Gautam Buddha Nagar and nearby Western UP markets. This is a leadership role for someone who understands the liquor trade, can build strong market relationships, and can independently drive growth.
Key responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the sales team for West UP, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are achieved.
2. Plan, execute, andmonitorterritory-wise sales strategies across retail, on-trade, and channel partners.
3. Conduct regular market visits, study ground realities, and prepare data-driven sales and market reports, then convert insights into actionable plans.
4. Drive stock liquidation aggressively, clear dead stock, andoptimizeinventory and SKU-wise rotations in each market.
5. Open new outlets, expand numeric andweighteddistribution, and strengthen presence in existing outlets.
6. Build and nurture strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, bar/restaurant owners, and key trade influencers in West UP.
7. Promote the company and its portfolio in the market through visibility, schemes, activations, and local initiatives in line with brand guidelines.
8. Handle day-to-day operational and market challenges independently and ensuretimelyresolution with minimal escalation.
9. Coach, motivate, andmonitorthe field team to ensure disciplined market working, productive beat planning, and high-performance culture.
Candidate profile
1. 812 years of experience in sales, preferably in liquor / alcoholic beverages / FMCG distribution, with at least 35 years in a team-handling role.
2. Strong understanding of theUP liquormarket, trade dynamics, and distributorretailer ecosystem in Gautam Buddha Nagar and Western UP towns.
3. Proventrack recordin stock liquidation, dead stock clearance, and driving both primary and secondary sales.
4. Excellent team management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Data-oriented mindset with comfort in using reports and MIS to drive decisions.
5. Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and solve on-ground challenges single-handedly.
