Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager - West for the Spine Division will oversee sales operations, develop market strategies, and drive revenue growth within the assigned region, based in Mumbai. This full-time, on-site position involves managing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and mentoring a team of sales representatives. The role requires regularly interacting with healthcare professionals, conducting product training sessions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, and coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, strategic planning, and team leadership within the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of orthopedic, spine, or surgical products, with the ability to provide product training and address client inquiries effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, especially in managing relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Data analysis and problem-solving abilities to assess market trends, forecast sales, and execute targeted strategies.
  • Capability to work on-site in Mumbai, with a willingness to travel as required for client visits and sales activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field is required; an advanced degree or certifications in sales or medical device fields is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Indian healthcare market and experience working with international partners are advantageous.
  • Experience in Spine segment is preferred
