Position: Regional Sales Manager - west

About the Role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive and own sales growth across the Western India territory (Gujarat, Maharashtra, and adjoining regions). This is a high-ownership, target-driven role for someone who already has an established network in ZLD/ETP Clients, EPC contractors and process industries in the West

Key Responsibilities

Handle all sales for the West region (Gujarat, Maharashtra, and nearby areas)
Use your existing contacts in the West to bring in new business quickly
Build strong relationships with plant owners, purchase managers, and consultants in industries like fertilizers, petrochemicals, pharma, pesticides, plastics, power plants, and edible oil refineries
Work with our engineering team to prepare quotes and proposals for clients
Keep track of what competitors are doing and what's happening in the market
Give regular updates to management on sales, upcoming deals, and collections
Lead and guide the regional sales team — assign targets, train them, and support them in the field
Take regular follow-up on all open enquiries, quotations, and pending orders until they are closed
