Drive revenue for Zenatix by Schneider Electric through both enterprise and partner-led sales.
Lead and manage a team of sales managers driving direct and partner sales.
Build and drive business through partnerships with System Integrators, Electrical Design Consultants, and HVAC Contractors.
Build and manage the sales pipeline, working closely with the demand generation team and the partner ecosystem.
Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying leads to progressing opportunities and closing sales.
Gain a deep understanding of the customer's business challenges, their impact, and how Zenatix offerings can help overcome these challenges.
Engage closely with the solution delivery/implementation team to help determine the best implementation method and project plan during the sales process.
Be an excellent team player to orchestrate effective collaboration among all teams for ensuring customer success.
Qualification & Experience
A Bachelor's degree in engineering is a must.
An MBA degree from a premier college will be an added advantage.
Relevant experience of 10-15 years in driving sales with large enterprises and partners.
It is preferable that you understand HVAC systems, HVAC automation, and IoT technologies.
Networking and Relationship building skills.

Flexible to travel Intra and Inter cities if required.
