  • We are seeking an experienced and motivated engineer for a challenging and rewarding leadership position in technical sales.
  • The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for India, driving growth, and expanding Henkel's footprint in the infrastructure rehabilitation market

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual sales plans in alignment with business unit objectives.
  • Generate and qualify leads, conduct technical presentations to engineering firms, and represent Henkel at key industry meetings and conferences.
  • Manage the business development effort defining strategies and tactics to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Perform key account planning, developing and maintaining strong relationships with consulting engineers, certified applicators, and channel partners.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of LOCTITE Geo Spray and Renew Wrap solutions to provide tailored technical and commercial support to customers.
  • Review bid documents, optimize pricing strategies, and collaborate with design and application teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop technical specifications and bidding requirements that support proper product positioning.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and sales reports.
  • Generate and analyze market intelligence and competitor insights to guide business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Application Engineering and Customer Training teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
